Spin–orbit torque in a single ferrimagnetic GdFeCo layer near the compensation temperature
TL;DR: In this paper , a spin-orbit torque based on spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance (ST FMR) in a single ferrimagnetic layer is reported, which provides useful information about the controlled temperature of bulk spinorbit coupling in GdFeCo.

Piezostrain-controlled magnetization compensation temperature in ferrimagnetic GdFeCo alloy films
Junshuai Wang,Chaozhong Li,Rujun Tang,Mingsu Si,Guozhi Chai,Jinli Yao,Chenglong Jia,Changjun Jiang +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the electrical control of magnetization compensation temperature was investigated in ferrimagnetic GdFeCo alloy deposited on ferroelectric PMN-PT substrate, and it was found that the applied electric field can cause a 19 K shift in the compensation temperature.
