TL;DR: In this article, a tire surface rubber compound consisting of 70-90 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 10-30 parts of natural rubber, 23-63.2 parts of a filling strengthening agent comprising oxidized graphene and carbon black, 4-7.5 parts of activator, 3-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 6-8 parts of softening plasticizer, 2.2 part of a promoter and 1.4 parts of sulphur, was presented.
