High-Performed Virtualization Services for In-Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning System.

This paper introduces a high-performed high-availability in-cloud enterprise resources planning (in-cloud ERP) which has deployed in the virtual machine cluster. The proposed approach can resolve the crucial problems of ERP failure due to unexpected downtime and failover between physical hosts in enterprises, causing operation termination and hence data loss. Besides, the proposed one together with the access control authentication and network security is capable of preventing intrusion hacked and/or malicious attack via internet. Regarding system assessment, cost-performance (C-P) ratio, a remarkable cost effectiveness evaluation, has been applied to several remarkable ERP systems. As a result, C-P ratio evaluated from the experiments shows that the proposed approach outperforms two well-known benchmark ERP systems, namely, in-house ECC 6.0 and in-cloud ByDesign.

Assessment of In-Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning System Performed in a Virtual Cluster

In this paper the host system architecture with high availability and high scalability has introduced to an in-cloud Enterprise Resources Planning (in-cloud ERP) deployed in the virtual environment to tackle the crucial problem of unexpected down-time or the failure of system failover that causes data loss and system terminated. Access control authentication has been adopted in the cloud to prevent the service-oriented hosts form external fraud or intrusion. As a result, the experiments have shown that the number of access for in-cloud ERP is 5.2 times as many as in-house ERP. The total cost of in-cloud ERP has decreased significantly to 48.4% of total cost of in-house ERP. In terms of operational speed, the approach proposed in this paper outperforms significantly two well-known benchmark ERP systems, in-house ECC 6.0 and in-cloud ByDesign.

High Availability and High Scalability to in-Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning System

Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS) is used in the management of enterprise for the computerization of enterprise processes such as management of customer data, employee data, client data, financial data, sales reports, attendance reports, inventory details, equity details and payroll details. An ERMS can handle different user roles such as manager, CEO, employees, customers and has abstraction features for its users. It is the core software used by all enterprises as it provides an interface for the overall management of the enterprise. The proposed ERMS model is easy to use, easily configurable as well as economical in terms of time and cost. Moreover, it can adapt easily to any browser or device through its inbuilt bootstrap framework. Migration of data from the existing enterprise system is also feasible. Business Intelligence can be obtained by performing data mining and predictive analytics with the massive data obtained in the central cloud storage area of the proposed ERMS model. Implementation of the proposed ERMS model can be extremely beneficial for the enterprise as it can gain valuable insights regarding the running of its business, customers and competitors.

Access control authentication and network security have been implemented in the cloud computing system to prevent the service-oriented hosts form external fraud, intrusion, or malicious attacks. As a result of the experiments the number of accessing in-cloud ERP is 5.2 times as many as in-house ERP. The total expenditure of in-cloud ERP has decreased significantly to 48.4 % the cost of in-house ERP. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for manufacturing sector are commercially available. However, most existing commercial systems are likely to have some problems, and it can be hard to apply these general ERP systems to the task of resource planning in a specific enterprise. From integrated systems engineering perspectives, this paper presents a research of ERP for an enterprise with unique features. Based on the analysis of necessities, the methods and models of developing an ERP system for the enterprise are discussed and designed.
