The adsorption and mass-transfer process of cationic red X-GRL dye on natural zeolite.
TL;DR: The adsorption process was governed by film diffusion while pore diffusion was poor because the X-GRL molecules could not penetrate into the zeolite easily, and modification to expand its micropores is necessary.

TL;DR: In this article, an easy-to-disperse sericite for cosmetics is described, where the surface treating agent is obtained by mixing a modifying agent and a dispersing agent in a mass ratio of 1 to (1-10), the modifying agent is a mixture of any two or three of N-octyl triethoxysilane, polymethylhydrosiloxane and polydimethyl siloxane; the dispersing agents is isopropanol.

Preparation of amphoteric modified bentonite from calcium-based bentonite for adsorption of anionic dye: The importance of sodium-modification pretreatment
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of sodium-modification pretreatment on the adsorption of anionic dye by amphoteric modified bentonite, three kinds of adsorbent materials, including sodiummodified bentonite and ammonite-based bentonite pretreated by sodium modification, were firstly synthesized and characterized, and afterwards their performance and mechanism for acid dye, Acid Yellow 11, were investigated comparatively.

Characteristics of cationic red X-GRL adsorption by raw diatomite and diatomite concentrate
TL;DR: In this paper, raw diatomite (RD) was used for the adsorption of cationic red X-GRL from aqueous solutions. But, the results showed that the RD could uptake more XGRL than DC due to its higher content of fine particle and therefore, due to higher surface area available for adorption.
