TL;DR: It was found that plant height, root length, leaf area and biomass were significantly affected by increasing Cd concentration up to 40 mg kg−1 for all the vegetables and duration of exposure and Cd dose were very important in determining Cd toxicity, which is reflected in drastic reduction in vegetable growth and physiology.

TL;DR: Results showed that under normal and saline conditions all priming treatments mainly KNO3 can be used to increase seed enactment in cabbage, however, further studies are needed to investigate the effects of halo priming on growth and yield of cabbage.
