TL;DR: In this article, a testing circuit and a testing method of equivalent noise charge of front-end readout integrated circuits are presented, which is capable of achieving full-automatic testing of the noise charge parameters.
SENSROC12V4: a Low Noise Programmable Readout ASIC for Si-PIN Detectors
Jun Zhou,Jianwen Wang,Bo Wang,Yao Yingpeng,Ping Huang,W. Gao +5 more
- 31 Oct 2020
TL;DR: In this article, a front-end readout ASIC for Si-PIN detectors with large parasitic capacitance was implemented in CMOS 0.35 µm mixed-signal process and the test result showed that when the peaking time is 750 ns, the equivalent noise charge is 110 e-+4 e −pF at the power dissipation of 2 mW/channel.
