A Polymer/Carbon-Nanotube Ink as a Boron-Dopant/Inorganic-Passivation Free Carrier Selective Contact for Silicon Solar Cells with over 21% Efficiency
Jianhui Chen,Jianhui Chen,Lu Wan,Han Li,Jun Yan,Jikui Ma,Biao Sun,Feng Li,Benjamin S. Flavel +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a carbon nanotube ink is spin coated directly onto a silicon wafer to serve simultaneously as a hole extraction layer, but also to passivate interfacial defects.
Ferroelectric-like organic–inorganic interfaces
Linlin Yang,Jianxin Guo,Jian Li,Jun Yan,Kunpeng Ge,Jiayue Jiang,Han Li,Benjamin S. Flavel,Baoting Liu,Jianhui Chen,Jianhui Chen +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that ferroelectricity can also occur at the interface between two non-ferroelectric materials, a polymer and silicon, and interfacial Ferroelectric-like behavior is demonstrated.

Solution processable in situ passivated silicon nanowires
Jun Yan,Kunpeng Ge,Han Li,Xueliang Yang,Jingwei Chen,Lu Wan,Jianxin Guo,Feng Li,Ying Xu,Dengyuan Song,Benjamin S. Flavel,Jianhui Chen,Jianhui Chen +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the outer-shell defect passivation of silicon nanowires is achieved by in situ grafting of organic molecules based on thin films, and a dramatic enhancement in both the fluorescence lifetime and infrared photoluminescence is observed.

Stable Organic Passivated Carbon Nanotube-Silicon Solar Cells with an Efficiency of 22.
Jun Yan,Cuili Zhang,Han Li,Xueliang Yang,Lu Wan,Feng Li,Kaifu Qiu,Jianxin Guo,Weiyuan Duan,Andreas Lambertz,Wanbing Lu,Dengyuan Song,Kaining Ding,Benjamin S. Flavel,Jianhui Chen,Jianhui Chen +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the stability of the organic layer is studied with respect to the internal and external (humidity) water content and additionally long-term stability for low moisture environments, and it is found that the organic passivated CNT/Si complex interface is not stable.
