Nanoparticle mediated codelivery of nifuratel and doxorubicin for synergistic anticancer therapy through STAT3 inhibition.
Hailun Zheng,Zhiwei Chen,Aimin Cai,Xinlu Lin,Xinyu Jiang,Bin Zhou,Jun Wang,Qing Yao,Ruijie Chen,Longfa Kou +9 more
TL;DR: Poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles are developed to achieve the simultaneous codelivery of doxorubicin (DOX) and nifuratel (NIF, a novel STAT3 inhibitor) for enhanced cancer therapy to suggest that DNNPs represented a promising strategy against gastric cancer by inhibiting the STAT3 pathway and amplifying apoptosis.

Tabersonine attenuates Angiotensin II-induced cardiac remodeling and dysfunction through targeting TAK1 and inhibiting TAK1-mediated cardiac inflammation.
Chengyi Dai,Wu Luo,Hao-Ling Chen,Siyuan Shen,Zhe Wang,Ruijie Chen,Jun Wang,Nipon Chattipakorn,Wenjiang Huang,Guang Liang +9 more
TL;DR: Tabersonine (Tab) is an indole alkaloid mainly isolated from Catharanthus roseus and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity in various systems as discussed by the authors , however, the role of Tab in hypertensive heart failure and its molecular targets remains unknown.

Discovery of new cinnamic derivatives as anti‐inflammatory agents for treating acute lung injury in mice
Pengqin Chen,Zhengwei Xu,Xiemin Wang,Jie He,Jun Yang,Jun Wang,Nipon Chattipakorn,Di Wu,Qidong Tang,Guang Liang,Ting Chen +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used the symmetric structure of curcumin to learn a promising lead compound to develop more effective analogs in treating acute lung injury (ALI).
