Malnutrition and Risk of Mortality in Ischemic Stroke Patients Treated With Intravenous Thrombolysis
Haiyan Tang,Fangqi Gong,Hongquan Guo,Zheng-Xue Dai,Jun Wang,Bingxin Liu,Tingting Li,Xianbiao Tang,J. Dong,S. Pan,Mingzhe Wang,Yang Sun,Baofeng Qin,Jingsi Zhang,Junxiang Tian,Zhi-min Fei,Gendi Lu,Dezhi Liu +17 more
TL;DR: It was shown that malnutrition may be associated with a higher risk of mortality at 3 months in ischemic stroke after intravenous thrombolysis and adding the three malnutrition indexes to models containing conventional risk factors significantly improved risk reclassification for 3-month mortality.

Quantitative evaluation of severity of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia in patients with vascular dementia
TL;DR: Analysis of DA, NA, and EA may reflect the fluctuational degrees of VD-BPSD, can provide a useful assessment of VDs accompanied by clinical scores for VD, and can help assess severity of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.
The metabolic score for insulin resistance as a predictor of clinical outcome in stroke patients treated by intravenous thrombolysis.
Mingzhe Wang,Zheng Dai,Xiaohao Zhang,Yang Sun,Fan Gong,Baofeng Qin,Jun Wang,Bin Liu,Haiyan Tang,T. Li,Lingbo Ma,Zhenxiang Han,Dezhi Liu +12 more
TL;DR: This study found that METS-IR was associated with an increased risk of poor outcome after IVT and the efficacy of anti-diabetic agents regarding IR on clinical outcomes after IVT is warranted.
