A mitochondria-targeted colorimetric and two-photon fluorescent probe for biological SO2 derivatives in living cells
Qi Wang,Wenjuan Wang,Shanqing Li,Jun Jiang,Daoxue Li,Yan Feng,Hongting Sheng,Xiangming Meng,Manzhou Zhu,Xin Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, two colorimetric and two-photon fluorescent probes (PCB and MPCB) were designed and synthesized with rapid response, high selectivity, low detection limits, and large Stokes shifts.

A coumarin-based colorimetric and fluorescent probe for the highly selective detection of Au3+ ions
Qi Wang,Yan Feng,Jun Jiang,Wenjuan Wang,Jiu-You Chen,Hongting Sheng,Xiangming Meng,Manzhou Zhu +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a coumarin-alkyne derivative (NC7-AL) was developed to specifically react with Au3+ and give a colorimetric and fluorescent response toward Au3+.

pH-Independent two-photon fluorescent lysotrackers for real-time monitoring autophagy
TL;DR: Compared with the approach of GFP-LC3 for autophagy detection, lysotracker Lyso-NCO achieved efficient and real-time visualization of the membrane fusion period in the autophagic process through detecting the level of the co-localization coefficients between Lyso -NCO and Mitotrackers Red FM in live cells.

pH-Independent two-photon fluorescent lysotrackers for real-time monitoring autophagy
TL;DR: In this paper, two carbazole-based two-photon fluorescent lysotrackers with different electron-donating groups (a methoxyl group for Lyso-MCO and a dimethylamino group for NCO) were developed from simple starting materials via an only 2-step procedure.
Copper ion-mediated glyphosate detection with N-heterocycle based polyacetylene as a sensing platform
Gui Meifang,Jun Jiang,Xin Wang,Yongxin Yan,Shanqin Li,Xinle Xiao,Tianbao Liu,Liu Tingguo,Yan Feng +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, two disubstituted polyacetylenes (TZP and PBP) with triazole and 2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole as the side groups were successfully synthesized through using a post-functionalization strategy, and their fluorescence responses to metal ions and pesticides were investigated in detail.
