Overexpression of myocyte enhancer factor 2 and histone hyperacetylation in hepatocellular carcinoma
Xueli Bai,Li-Hua Wu,Tingbo Liang,Zhi-qiang Liu,Jun-Jian Li,Dong-Lin Li,Haiyang Xie,Shengyong Yin,Jun Yu,Qi Lin,Shu-Sen Zheng +10 more
TL;DR: Data showed a potential molecular mechanism that activated HSCs participate in the pathogenesis of HCCs by overexpression of MEF2 and its consequent impact on histone hyperacetylation.

Intraoperative blood salvage during liver transplantation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma: efficiency of leukocyte depletion filters in the removal of tumor cells.
Tingbo Liang,Dong-Lin Li,Liang Liang,Jun-Jian Li,Xueli Bai,Wei Yu,Wei-Lin Wang,Yan Shen,Min Zhang,Shusen Zheng +9 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that blood filtration with the LDF can efficiently remove tumor cells and the use of an additional LDF after use of the Cell Saver could markedly reduce the risk of tumor cell reintroduction during the OLT in HCC recipients with nonruptured tumors.

Therapeutic potential and related signal pathway of adipose‐derived stem cell transplantation for rat liver injury
TL;DR: The effectiveness of transplanting adipose‐derived stem cells (ADSCs) into rats with experimentally induced liver injury is explored.

Sinusoidal microcirculatory changes after small-for-size liver transplantation in rats.
TL;DR: Persistent microcirculatory hemodynamic derangement during the first 7 days after reperfusion as well as transient portal hypertension is significant manifestation after small‐for‐size liver transplantation.

Intraoperative blood salvage and leukocyte depletion during liver transplantation with bacterial contamination.
TL;DR: Intraoperative blood salvage and leukocyte depletion during liver transplantation with bacterial contamination with bacterial contaminate is found during liver transplants withacterial contamination.
