TL;DR: In this paper, a graphene paper which reduced graphene oxide layers and coating layers are stacked in sequence has been presented, which has excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties and can be economically prepared in large-sized graphene paper, therefore may be efficiently applied to various electrical devices such as thin-film electrodes, flexible electrodes, super capacitors, semiconductor insulating layer reinforcements and TFT semiconductor layer-electrodes, and the like.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to provide a graphene paper in which coating layers and reduced graphene oxide layers are laminated sequentially, which is useful for producing electronic materials such as a thin-film electrode, a flexible electrode, supercapacitor, a reinforcing agent for a semiconductor conductive film, or a TFT semiconductor layer electrode.
