Preparation and characterization of electrospun PLGA/gelatin nanofibers as a drug delivery system by emulsion electrospinning
TL;DR: The cells cytotoxicity experiment indicated that emulsion electrospun fibers were less toxic and tended to promote fibroblasts cells attachment and proliferation, which implied that the electrospin fibers had promising potential application in tissue engineering or drug delivery.

Novel controlled drug delivery system for multiple drugs based on electrospun nanofibers containing nanomicelles
TL;DR: Results suggested that micelles-loaded nanofibers with two kinds of drugs can be used as an effective controlled drug delivery vehicle and may have a bright future in cancer chemotherapy or clinical treatments.

Crystallization and degradation behaviors of poly(butylene succinate)/poly(Z-l-lysine) composites
TL;DR: In this article, a new type of biodegradable poly(butylene succinate) (PBS)/poly(Z- l -lysine) composites were prepared and the crystallization behaviors were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM).

Multiple drug-loaded electrospun PLGA/gelatin composite nanofibers encapsulated with mesoporous ZnO nanospheres for potential postsurgical cancer treatment
TL;DR: The composite nanofibers could be a versatile drug delivery system encapsulated with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic anticancer drugs as implantable scaffolds for potential postsurgical cancer treatment.
