Minyan Zeng,Juanying Zhen,Juanying Zhen,Xiaodan Zheng,Xiaodan Zheng,Hongyan Qiu,Xiaonan Xu,Jun Wu,Zhijian Lin,Jun Hu +9 more
TL;DR: DNA methylation might be associated with ischemic stroke and play a role in several pathological pathways, but the current evidence is limited by sample size and cross-sectional or retrospective design, therefore, studies on large asymptomatic populations with the prospective design are needed.
GNAQ mutation R183Q as a potential cause of familial Sturge-Weber syndrome: A case report
Zhengyi Huang,Yuchi Li,Zengxia Zhao,Jun Hu,Xiaoxin Tong,Xuhui Chen,Shuyun Liu,Xiaonan Xu,Yongjun Tao,Tingting Wang,Xin Cheng,Yangyang Dai,Yaoting Gui,Jun Wu +13 more
TL;DR: Evolutionary conservation analysis revealed that the mutated residue 183 (R) of GNAQ is highly conserved across several vertebrate species and may aid in the development of novel diagnostic markers and/or therapeutic targets for the treatment of patients with familial SWS.
