A Convenient Implementation of the Ternary Logic: Using Anti-Ambipolar Transistors and PMOS Based on Printed Carbon Nanotubes
Jongbeom Kim,Yeji Kim,Hyundong Lee,Jihyeong Yun,Hyeseung Jang,Huijeen Jin,Juhee Park,Bo Kyoung Kim,Taigon Song +8 more
- 01 May 2022
TL;DR: In this paper , a ternary logic based on carbon-nanotube anti-ambipolar transistors (AATs) and PMOSs is proposed, which can be implemented only with 41 PMOS and 17 AATs.

A cost effective estimation of depth from stereo image pairs using shallow siamese convolutional networks
Juhee Park,Jee-Hyong Lee +1 more
- 01 Oct 2017
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed quantized shallow Siamese convolutional neural networks which compute the similarity between patches of rectified stereo image pairs to estimate depth and achieved a 3.29% error rate for KITTI 2012.

Shift of switching threshold in low-dimensional semiconductor-based complementary inverters via inkjet printing
TL;DR: In this article , a method for tuning switching threshold voltages of complementary inverters via inkjet printing without changing their channel dimensions is presented, where random networks of inkjet printed single-walled carbon nanotubes are formed as p-channels beside MoS2, and their density and thickness are controlled by varying the number of printed layers.

Facile Route to Inkjet Printed Carbon Nanotube-Based Inverters with High Gain for Biosignal Monitoring
TL;DR: In this article , a facile route to the fabrication of inkjet-printed p-type SWCNT transistor-based inverters, in which their transistor modes can be simply tuned from enhancement mode to depletion mode by increasing the number of printed carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) layers.
