Abstract : A study is reported of the variations in organizational commitment and job satisfaction, as related to subsequent turnover in a sample of recently-employed psychiatric technician trainees. A longitudinal study was made across a 10 1/2 month period, with attitude measures collected at four points in time. For this sample, job satisfaction measures appeared better able to differentiate future stayers from leavers in the earliest phase of the study. With the passage of time, organizational commitment measures proved to be a better predictor of turnover, and job satisfaction failed to predict turnover. The findings are discussed in the light of other related studies, and possible explanations are examined. (Modified author abstract)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif sebab pendekatan yang digunakan untuk usulan penelitian, proses, hipotesis, turun ke lapangan, analisis data, kesimpulan data sampai dengan penulisannya menggunakan aspek pengukuran, perhitungan, rumus dan kepastian data numerik. Subyek penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Pada penelitian ini populasi dan sampelnya adalah seluruh Pegawai Dinas  Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang  yang berjumlah 81 orang. Data dianalisa menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Secara simultan Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.

Berdasarkan riset awal yang dilakukan tentang kinerja ditemukan adanya permasalahanya sesuai dengan indikator kinerja, antara lain: kuantitas pegawai yang masih dinilai kurang untuk menunjang penyelesaian tugas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan, ditemukan redahnya kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan pegawai yaitu ada beberapa pekerjaan yang dihasilkan masih kurang optimal, rendahnya produktitifitas organisasi inovasi yang terhambat, semangat kerja menurun, yang dalam keseluruhan ini akan menghambat kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Angkasa Pura II (persero) kantor cabang kualanamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi,disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Kualanamu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan langsung dari objeknya. Sedangkan data sekunder merupakan data yang peneliti peroleh dari buku-buku dan sumber data lainya yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan penelitian ini. Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel bebas  terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunujkan bahwa secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, dan kepuasan kerja  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi,disiplin dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja

Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Kualanamu

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 168 pegawai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 118 pegawai dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan untuk mengetahui berapa minimal sampel yang dibutuhkan jika ukuran populasi diketahui adalah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel budaya organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Lingkungan kerja tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, lingkungan kerja bukan variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Artinya variabel lingkungan kerja tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine how the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value and how the role of Firm Size as a moderating variable in the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in Sub-Companies. Large Trading Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. This research approach is an associative approach, where the total company population is 51 companies with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling so that a sample of 10 large trading sub-sector companies are obtained which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, and the financial statements taken are secondary data. , which is obtained from the www.idx.co.id website, and the data that has been collected will be analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis & Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) accompanied by partial hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 21. The results show that Return On Assets has a significant effect on Firm Value, Current Ratio has an insignificant but not significant effect on Firm Value, Debt To Asset Ratio has an insignificant effect on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Return On Assets to Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Current Ratio on Firm Value, Firm Size does not moderate the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio on Firm Value in large trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020.

Pengaruh Return on Asset, Current Ratio, dan Debt to Asset Ratio terhadap Firm Value dengan Firm Size sebagai Variabel Moderating

This paper aims to determine the effect of price discount (x1), and hedonic shopping motivation (x2), on impulse buying (y) with positive emotion (z) as a mediating variable at UNIQLO in Medan City. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a PLS-based SEM approach with SmartPLS 4.0. The population and sample of this study are all UNIQLO consumers in Medan City, totaling 96 people. The results of this study indicate that price discounts positively and significantly affect positive emotion, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences positive emotion, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying, positive emotion with a positive and significant influence on impulse buying, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying through positive emotion, and hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying through positive emotion.

The purpose of this research is to formulate a model of passenger satisfaction and loyalty of Low Cost Carrier Airlines in Indonesia . This type of research can be classified as causal research. This research was conducted in several big cities in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents through Google Forms which were distributed using the WhatsApp application. In this study, the sample size was adjusted to the analytical model used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample size for SEM using the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) model is 200-400 samples (Hair, et al., 2014) . The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). LISREL 8.80 software help . Service Quality, price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Trust. Service Quality, price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction. The results also show that Service Quality, price, Brand Image, trust and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Furthermore, there is the influence of Service Quality on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the influence of Price on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the influence of Brand Image on Satisfaction through the Trust variable and there is the influence of Trust towards Loyalty through the Satisfaction variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior through financial attitudes as a mediating variable to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This research belongs to the type of associative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaires) distributed to students. The population in this study amounted to 3,594 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara and the sample taken was 98 students from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara by taking the sample using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is the path analysis model. The data processing method uses the Sempls application. Based on the results of the Sempls, the results obtained in the study indicate that financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial behavior in students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial attitudes in students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial behavior in students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, and financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial behavior with financial attitudes as a mediating variable on students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara.
