Liposarcoma miRNA signatures identified from genome-wide miRNA expression profiling.
Yuhong Zhou,Yong Zhang,Yuan Huang,Tan Ruoying,Tianshu Liu,Rongyuan Zhuang,Miaojun Zhu,Wu-Mei Han,Yingyong Hou,Ju Liu,Li Zhang,Yaping Jiang,Hanxing Tong,Yebo Shao,Jun Zhu,Weiqi Lu +15 more
TL;DR: Ten dysregulated miRNAs were identified that effectively distinguished LPS tissue from adipose tissue and benign lipoma tissue, and LPS tumor tissues from normal adipose tissues in LPS patients, and appear to be novel biomarkers for the detection of LPS.

Subsequent intra-abdominal fibromatosis mimicking recurrent gastrointestinal stromal tumor
Dongxian Jiang,Deming He,Yingyong Hou,Weiqi Lu,Yuan Shi,Qin Hu,Shaohua Lu,Chen Xu,Yalan Liu,Ju Liu,Yunshan Tan,Xiong-zeng Zhu +11 more
TL;DR: Although intra-abdominal fibromatosis subsequent to GIST is very rare, it is of clinical significance in imatinib era as an influencing factor for making clinical decision.
Prognostic factors in patients with recurrent or metastatic retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma.
Qian Li,Rongyuan Zhuang,Jun Zhu,Weiqi Lu,Yingyong Hou,Ju Liu,Yong Zhang,Yan Wang,Tianshu Liu,Zhi-ming Wang,Yuhong Zhou +10 more
TL;DR: The multivariate analysis showed that complete resection of tumors and the FNCLCC (Fédération Nationale des Centres de Lutte Contre Le Cancer) disease grade were independent factors predicting PFS.

Linc00423 as a tumor suppressor in retroperitoneal liposarcoma via activing MAPK signaling pathway through destabilizing of NFATC3.
Yong Zhang,Hanxing Tong,Junyi He,Yebo Shao,Xi Guo,Rongyuan Zhuang,Jue Yang,Ju Liu,Yuqin Ding,W. Liu,Weiqi Lu,Yuhong Zhou +11 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that linc00423 acted as the tumor suppressor in RLS cells through regulating the protein level of NFATC3 at a post-transcriptional level and negatively regulated the MAPK signaling pathway at a transcriptional level.

Clinicopathological and molecular characteristics of abdominal desmoid tumors in the Chinese population: A single-center report of 15 cases.
Jiong-Yuan Wang,Ning Jia,Qiaowei Lin,Yuan Huang,Jing-Lei Li,Quan Jiang,Wenshuai Liu,Jing Xu,Yingyong Hou,Ju Liu,Ming Li,Weiqi Lu,Yuhong Zhou,Yong Zhang,Hanxing Tong +14 more
TL;DR: Abdominal DTs were prone to occur in patients with FAP with a history of abdominal surgery, and the prognosis of DT associated with F AP may be worse compared with that of sporadic DT.
