Numerical simulation and optimization of an industrial fluid catalytic cracking regenerator
Guangwu Tang,Armin K. Silaen,Bin Wu,Dong Fu,Dwight Agnello-Dean,Joseph Wilson,Qingjun Meng,Samir Khanna,Chenn Q. Zhou +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a three-dimensional multi-phase, multi-species reacting flow computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was established to simulate the flow and the reactions inside an FCC regenerator.

The low-temperature heat capacity and thermodynamic properties of greigite (Fe3S4)
Spencer G. Shumway,Joseph Wilson,Kristina Lilova,Tamilarasan Subramani,Alexandra Navrotsky,Brian F. Woodfield +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors reported the low-temperature heat capacity of the magnetic mineral greigite (Fe 3 S 4 ) from 1.8 to 300 K. Greigite is a magnetic spinel mineral and through a ferromagnetic magnon term, C fsw = B fsw T 3/2, ferrimagnetic ordering is observed in the low temperature heat capacity.
