TL;DR: H2O2 prolongs NF-κB activation in co-stimulated cells by suppressing the negative regulatory functions of Cezanne and IκBα, and provides evidence that H2O 2 suppresses NF-kkB export by prolonging polyubiquitination of signaling intermediaries, which promotes Ser phosphorylation and destabilization of newly synthesized Iκbα proteins.
