Growth and characterization of shape memory alloy thin films for Si microactuator technologies
Nourdin Yaakoubi,Christophe Serre,S. Martinez,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez,Joan Ramon Morante,Jaume Esteve,Josep Montserrat,Elisabeth Dufour-Gergam,J. P. Granchamp,Alain Bosseboeuf,Nadège Frantz-Rodriguez +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structure of the processed Ni-Ti-rich films strongly depends on the temperature and time of the thermal process, obtaining Ni- and Ti-rich phases when the films are processed at higher temperatures and/or during longer times.

Study of AlN/SiO/sub 2/ as dielectric layer for SiC MOS structures
O. Biserica,Phillippe Godignon,X. Jorda,Josep Montserrat,Narcis Mestres,Salvador Hidalgo +5 more
- 10 Oct 2000
TL;DR: In this paper, an MNOS (or MIS) SiC-SiO/sub 2/-AlN capacitor on p-type 6H-SiC substrates has been fabricated and low leakage current is measured and this proposed dielectric layer could support high electric field.
7
Complementary p-Channel and n-Channel SiC MOSFETs for CMOS Integration
TL;DR: In this paper, n-channel and p-channel signal MOSFETs have been successfully fabricated using a process technology fully compatible with our HV SiC VDMOS technology.

Measurement of Carrier Lifetime Temperature Dependence in 3.3kV 4H-SiC PiN Diodes Using OCVD Technique
Nicolas Dheilly,Dominique Planson,Pierre Brosselard,Jawad ul Hassan,Pascal Bevilacqua,Dominique Tournier,Josep Montserrat,Christophe Raynaud,Hervé Morel +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of temperature on the electrical carrier lifetime of a 3.3 kV 4H-SiC PiN diode processed with a new generation of SiC material was investigated.

BPSK to ASK converter for RF digital communications
Jose M. Lopez-Villegas,J. G. Macias,J. Cabanillas,Javier Sieiro,J.A. Osorio,Josep Samitier,Joan Bausells,Josep Montserrat,E. Cabruja +8 more
- 08 Jun 2003
TL;DR: This work presents a new circuit for the conversion of Binary Phase Shift Keying signals (BPSK) into Amplitude Shift Keied signals (ASK), using the super harmonic injection of oscillator circuits and interference phenomena.
