TL;DR: This work employs time–frequency representations and linguistic embeddings to enhance the early recognition of alterations in depression levels in individuals with MDD and investigates the suitability of using siamese-based training for modeling these changes, intending to enable personalized and adaptive interventions.

TL;DR: Compared to the first-born, middle-born individuals were more likely to have PE when having a very high number of siblings, and future studies should examine the environmental and biological factors underlying the association between sibship size/birth order and PE.
