Patent
Heat-shrinkable jacket for EMI shielding
Wen-Shian V. Tzeng,Ronald Saccuzzo,Jonathan E. Mitchell +2 more
- 21 Jan 1997
TL;DR: In this article, a heat shrinkable electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding jacket is proposed, which is formed of a tubular outer member of an indefinite length and an expanded inner diameter which is greater than the outer diameter of the object, an electrically-conductive inner member received coaxially within the outer member and extending coextensive therewith, and a generally continuous, thermoplastic interlayer interposed between the outer and inner members and extending along substantially the entire length thereof.

Patent
EMI shielded vent panel and method
Jonathan E. Mitchell,Charlene Andersen +1 more
- 03 Feb 1999
TL;DR: In this article, an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielded vent panel construction for disposition over an opening of an electronics enclosure is presented, which includes an electrically-conductive medium having an outer periphery supported within a C-shaped cross-sectional profile.

Patent
EMI shielding vent panel for high volume applications
Jonathan E. Mitchell
- 20 Jul 2000
TL;DR: An electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielded vent panel construction for disposition over an opening of an electronics enclosure is described in this article, which includes an electrically-conductive media having an outer periphery supported within an electrical conductive frame.

Patent
EMI shielding gasket having a conductive sheating consolidated with a thermoplastic member
George H. Spies,Richard A. Hamel,Jonathan E. Mitchell,William G. Lionetta,James A. Bradley +4 more
- 02 Aug 1996
TL;DR: In this paper, an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding gasket is formed as having a resilient core member of an indefinite length which is sheathed in an electrically conductive fiber mesh member.
