TL;DR: The presence of secondary radiologic signs of infravesical obstruction on a VCUG despite an unsuspicious posterior urethra in boys with recurrent UTI’s as well as refractory symptoms of bladder overactivity or suggestive signs on sonography must be further clarified endoscopically.
