First-in-class versus best-in-class: an update for new market dynamics
Michael Ringel,John Wu +1 more
TL;DR: How the relationship between launch order, therapeutic advantage and commercial success might have shifted, and what these changes mean for companies trying to position new products are sought.

Correlated Equilibrium of Bertrand Competition
John Wu
- 17 Dec 2008
TL;DR: It is shown that the typical equilibrium coarsening --- a unique correlated equilibrium --- is equivalent to the unique Nash equilibrium itself, and is also equivalents to the equilibrium refinement for the standard n-firms Bertrand competition model with linear demand and symmetric, linear costs.

Strategic correlativity and network games
Jianxia Yang,John Wu +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors consider the strategic correlativity principle in strategic form games and potential games, which indicate the relationship between an arbitrary pair of players under correlated equilibria.

BioNetGMMFit: a Parameter Estimation Tool for BioNetGen using Single-Cell Snapshot Data from Cell Populations Evolving over Time
TL;DR: BioNetGMMFit as mentioned in this paper provides parameter estimates of the model, supplied by the user in the BioNetGen markup language (BNGL), which yield the best estimate for the observed single-cell, timestamped data of cellular components.
BioNetGMMFit: Estimating Parameters of a BioNetGen Model from Time-Stamped Snapshots of Single Cells
TL;DR: BioNetGMMFit as discussed by the authors provides parameter estimates of the model, supplied by the user in the BioNetGen markup language (BNGL), which yield the best fit for the observed single-cell, timestamped data of cellular components.
