TL;DR: Bisphosphonaterelated osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ) seems to be resistant to customary dental anti-infective treatment, for example, antimicrobiological rinsing (chlorhexidine, peroxide, etc), curettage of the exposed bone followed by simple closure of the mucosa, or open wound management with regular changing of a gauze wick.

Using medical silicone to ensure an airtight negative pressure wound therapy dressing seal in challenging wounds: a case series.
TL;DR: Medical silicone was found to be a suitable material to facilitate airtight sealing of the dressings used with NPWT in patients, and was used in five patients to seal leaking NPWT dressings.
