Et3GeH versus Et3SiH: controlling reaction pathways in catalytic C–F bond activations at a nanoscopic aluminum chlorofluoride

Effects of M-promoter (M = Y, Co, La, Zn) on Cr2O3 catalysts for fluorination of perchloroethylene

5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) is considered as a bridge connecting biomass and petrochemical products with excellent application potential and market prospects. In this work, a series of hafnium-aluminum bimetallic oxide (Al-HfOx) catalysts were synthesized with the coprecipitation method, possessing outstanding catalytic effect in the conversion of glucose or fructose to 5-HMF. 5-HMF yield of 49.31% was acquired from glucose in a methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK)/saturated salt water (SSW) biphasic solvent at 170 ℃ after 2 h. When fructose was the substrate, 5-HMF yield was 74.85% in DMSO at 150 ℃ after 75 min. In addition, the reaction mechanism was speculated that the isomerization process could be promoted by the synergistic effects of aluminum and hafnium species, in which Hf-OH and Al-OH groups, and Hf active sites served as Brønsted and Lewis acidic sites, respectively. After at least four cycles, there was no remarkable wastage in the catalytic activity of Al-HfOx. This paper offers a prospective catalytic strategy for heterogeneous bimetallic oxide catalysts used in the effective conversion of carbohydrates to 5-HMF. 

Effective Synergistic Hafnium-Aluminum Bimetallic Oxides catalysts for the Synthesis of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural from Glucose and Fructose

The invention discloses a catalyst for producing difluoro acetylfluoride by catalyzing and cracking 1, 1, 2, 2-tetrafluoethyl alkyl ether and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of taking pseudo-boehmite powder (specific surface area of 400m2/g) and at least one type of water-soluble salt of other elements such as zirconium, yttrium, lanthanum cerium and praseodymium as an original raw material; mixing the original raw material with water; gradually adding ammonia in the solution during the mixing process till the pH value of colloidal substance achieves 7 to 9; subsequently carrying out ageing, filtering, water washing, drying, roasting in air, pressing and forming; and then pumping HF/N2 mixed gas or fluorochloromethane, thus obtaining the catalyst by activation. The catalyst has the advantages such as a high specific surface area, a plurality of uniformly distributed active acid centers and excellent mechanical strength, thereby having high activity and high stable performance.

Catalyst for producing difluoro acetylfluoride and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing vinyl fluoride (VF) and 1,1-difluoroethane by using acetylene fluoride and a preparation method for the catalyst. The catalyst consists of a carrier and active ingredients, wherein the carrier is a mixture of beta-AlF3, alpha-AlF3 and alpha-Al2O3; the active ingredients Cr2O3 and La2O3 account for 1 to 5 mass percent of the catalyst; and Cr and La are simultaneously carried on the carrier. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a mixed solution from soluble salts of chromium and lanthanum, adding into gamma-Al2O3, and soaking for 4 hours at room temperature; drying for 12 hours in an oven of 120 DEG C, and roasting for 4 hours in air atmosphere of 1,100 DEG C to obtain powder; and pre-treating the powder for 4 to 6 hours at the temperature of 450 DEG C through anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (HF), introducing N2 till cooling to room temperature, and thus obtaining the catalyst. The catalyst is low in cost, easy to prepare, high in activity and environment-friendly, and can improve the total selectivity of VF and hydrofluorocarbon 152a (HFC-152a).

A La-modified Al2O3 catalyst was prepared with deposition-precipitation method. The effect of calcination temperature on the reactivity for vapor phase hydrofluorination of acetylene to vinyl fluoride. The catalysts calcined at different temperatures were characterized using NH3-TPD, pyridine-FTIR, X-ray diffraction, and Raman techniques. It was found that the calcination process could not only change the structure of these catalysts but also modify the amount of surface acidity on the catalysts. The catalyst calcined at 400 °C exhibited the highest conversion of acetylene (94.6%) and highest selectivity to vinyl fluoride (83.4%) and lower coke deposition selectivity (0.72%). The highest activity was related to the largest amount of surface acidity on the catalyst, and the coke deposition was also related to the total amount of surface acidic sites.

Effect of Calcination Temperature on La-Modified Al2O3 Catalysts for Vapor Phase Hydrofluorination of Acetylene to Vinyl Fluoride

The invention relates to an acetylene gas phase fluorination fluoroethylene production method, which is as follows: acetylene and hydrogen fluoride are mixed according to molar ratio 1 to 1-10 at 260 to 360 DEG C, 0.1 to 1.0 MPa for 600 to 2000 hours and are reacted in a reactor one, and the tail gas is separated by a separation column 1, and the hydrogen fluoride separated out is reused; VF enters into a distillation column for distillation; after heated, the acetylene and HFC-152a flow into a reactor two; the cracking reaction of HFC-152a and the combination reaction between acetylene and 1, 1-difuoroethane take place under the function of fluorination catalyst at 260 to 360 DEG C and 0.1 to 1.0 MPa for 600 to 2000 hours in the reactor two, and the tail gas is separated by a separation tower 2, and the acetylene and hydrogen fluoride separated out is reused; after being washed in alkali, dried, condensed and liquefied, the VF and HFC-152a enter into the distillation column; finally, after drying, the VF coming out of the distillation column is packed. The acetylene gas phase fluorination fluoride production method has the advantages of high acetylene conversion rate and high fluoroethylene selectivity.
