Assessing Mechanical Behaviors of Additive Manufactured Alternating Layers of Inconel-718/H13 Tool Steel
Brett E. Tucker,Brett E. Tucker,W. H. Harrison Nealley,W. H. Harrison Nealley,Bhaskar Dutta,Jinichiro Nakano,Jinichiro Nakano,David Maurice +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an H13 tool steel die is manufactured by direct metal deposition and layered with Inconel-718 (low-strength, high-ductility), which may impact the mechanical properties of the material.
