Quantitative determination of rosuvastatin in human plasma by ion pair liquid-liquid extraction using liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry.
TL;DR: The assay was successfully applied to the analysis of rosuvastatin in human plasma samples derived from clinical pre-trials and indicated that the lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) was 0.1 ng mL(-1) and the assay exhibited a linear range of 0.8% at all tested concentration levels.

Determination of phillyrin in rat plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography and its application to pharmacokinetic studies.
TL;DR: The analytical sensitivity and accuracy of this assay were adequate for characterization of phillyrin in rat plasma and the assay has been applied successfully to the in vivo kinetic study of phillin in rats.

Study on the pharmacokinetics of scutellarin in dogs
TL;DR: The concentration of scutellarin in plasma declined rapidly after single dose of 120 mg i.v. in dogs, and this suggested that the T1/2 of scUTellarin should be taken into account in preparation exploitation and drug administration.
