2-Hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone inhibits lung carcinoma cells through modulation of IL-6-induced JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
Chao Sun,Jing Yang,Hai-Bo Cheng,Wei-Xing Shen,Ze-Qun Jiang,Ming-Jie Wu,Li Li,Wenting Li,Ting-Ting Chen,Xi-Wu Rao,Jin-Rong Zhou,Mianhua Wu +11 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that HMA may inhibit the growth and invasion of lung cancer cells in part via downregulation of interleukin (IL)-6-induced JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

Cholecystokinin Signaling can Rescue Cognition and Synaptic Plasticity in the APP/PS1 Mouse Model of Alzheimer's Disease.
Zijuan Zhang,Ye Yuan,Jing Yang,Li Hao,Jinlian Ma,zhong-hua li,Zhenqiang Zhang,Christian Hölscher +7 more
TL;DR: This study found that the CCK analogue could effectively improve spatial learning and memory, enhance synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus, normalize synapse numbers and morphology and the levels of key synaptic proteins, up-regulate the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and normalize PKA, CREB, BDNF and TrkB receptor levels in APP/PS1 mice.
