Molecular profiling of human non-small cell lung cancer by single-cell RNA-seq
Qingqing Li,Rui Wang,Zhenlin Wang,Wen Li,Jing-wei Yang,Zhijie Wang,Hua Bai,Yueli Cui,Yanhua Tian,Zixin Wu,Yuqing Guo,Jiachen Xu,Lu Wen,Jie He,Fuchou Tang,Jie Wang +15 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors performed high-precision single-cell RNA-seq analyses on 7364 individual cells from tumor tissues and matched normal tissues from 19 primary lung cancer patients and 1 pulmonary chondroid hamartoma patient.
Drug repurposing screening and mechanism analysis based on human colorectal cancer organoids.
Yunuo Mao,Wei Wang,Jing-wei Yang,Xin Zhou,Yongqu Lu,Junpeng Gao,Xiao Chen Wang,Lu Wen,Wei Fu,Fuchou Tang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , a robust organoid-based drug screening system was developed to efficiently identify repurposed drugs for colorectal cancer (CRC) by combining the repused drug library and computation based drug prediction, and 34 drugs with anti-CRC effects were identified.

HeLa-CCL2 cell heterogeneity studied by single-cell DNA and RNA sequencing.
TL;DR: It is concluded that although single-cell sequencing techniques are applicable to study heterogeneous cells such as HeLa-CCL2, the data analyses need to be more careful and well controlled.
Relationships of tumor differentiation and immune infiltration in gastric cancers revealed by single-cell RNA-seq analyses
Xin Zhou,Jing-wei Yang,Yongqu Lu,Yanpeng Ma,Yan Meng,Qingqing Li,Junpeng Gao,Zhaoyu Jiang,Limei Guo,Wei Wang,Yun Liu,Lu Wen,Miao Kai,Wei Fu,Fuchou Tang +14 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper performed single-cell RNA-sequencing to reveal the relationship between differentiation status of cancer cells and tumor immune microenvironments in gastric cancer, where they identified the signature genes for both DGC and PDGC and found that signature genes of PDGC strongly enriched in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) program.
Single-cell profiling reveals molecular basis of malignant phenotypes and tumor microenvironments in small bowel adenocarcinomas
Jing-wei Yang,Xin Zhou,Ji Dong,Wendong Wang,Yongqu Lu,Yuan Gao,Yu Zhang,Yunuo Mao,Junpeng Gao,Wei Wang,Qingqing Li,Shuai Gao,Lu Wen,Wei Fu,Fuchou Tang +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors performed single-cell RNA sequencing for tumor samples from 12 small bowel adenocarcinomas (SBAs) patients and predicted drug candidates for SBA.
