Abnormal functional connectivity under somatosensory stimulation in migraine: a multi-frequency magnetoencephalography study
TL;DR: The results indicate that migraine is associated with aberrant connections from the somatosensory cortex to the frontal lobe, and frequency-specific increases in connectivity in terms of strength, path length and clustering coefficients support the notion that migraineurs have elevated cortical networks.
Plasma α‐synuclein and phosphorylated tau 181 as a diagnostic biomarker panel for de novo Parkinson’s disease
Jing Ren,Chenxi Pan,Yajie Wang,Chen-Qi Xue,Hui Ju Lin,Jianxia Xu,Hui Wang,Wenbin Zhang,Pingyi Xu,Yong Chen,Weiguo Liu +10 more
TL;DR: Findings suggest that plasma α‐syn and p‐tau181 together may be a promising diagnostic biomarker panel for de novo PD patients.

Association of GBA genotype with motor and cognitive decline in Chinese Parkinson’s disease patients
Jing Ren,Gaiyan Zhou,Yajie Wang,RongGui Zhang,Zhiying Guo,Hao Zhou,Hui-Fen Zheng,Yu Sun,Changyan Ma,Ming Lu,Weiguo Liu +10 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper explored the significance of Glucocerebrosidase (GBA) status on motor and cognitive impairment in a longitudinal cohort of Chinese patients with Parkinson's disease.
Genetic Analysis of Patients With Early-Onset Parkinson’s Disease in Eastern China
TL;DR: Analysis of larger patient cohorts is required to support these findings, and mechanistic studies of the four novel missense/non-sense mutations will clarify their role in the pathogenicity of EOPD.
Zishen pingchan granules combined with pramipexole in the improvement of depressive symptoms in Parkinson's disease: a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical study
Houxu Ning,Hao Zhou,Jing Ren,Gaiyan Zhou,Ning-Ya Yang,Zhenfu Wang,Can-Xing Yuan,Z. Tian,Ju-ping Chen,Lihua Shen,Hui-Fen Zheng,Yang Zhao,Haidong Wang,Weiguo Liu,Zhenguo Liu +14 more
TL;DR: Zishen Pingchan granule (ZPG) is a traditional Chinese herbal recipe for treating Parkinson's disease (PD), which is usually used as an add-on drug with some antiparkinsonian drugs in China as discussed by the authors .
