In situ synthesis of mesoporous C-doped TiO2 single crystal with oxygen vacancy and its enhanced sunlight photocatalytic properties
TL;DR: Mesoporous C-doped TiO 2 single crystals with oxygen vacancy have been prepared through a facile in-situ modified sol-gel synthesis as discussed by the authors, which shows a well-defined cubic morphology with average grain size of 22.

ZrB 2 particles reinforced glass coating for oxidation protection of carbon/carbon composites
TL;DR: In this article, a dense ZrB2/SiO2 coating was prepared on the SiC coated carbon/carbon composites by a facile sol-dipping approach, which could protect the composites from being oxidized for 160 h at 1773 K with a weight loss of 6.9 mg/cm2.
One-step synthesis of g-C3N4 hierarchical porous structure nanosheets with dramatic ultraviolet light photocatalytic activity
TL;DR: Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) nanosheets with hierarchical porous structure were synthesized via one-step thermal condensation-oxidation process as mentioned in this paper.
