TL;DR: In this paper, a method for extracting high-purity and high-contcent rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae polysaccharide, in which levan is the main constituent, from the rhizomatic atractymatoid microcephalae through a method simple and convenient to apply, overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art, reduces the production cost, and improves the extraction effect.
