Tb(III)-doped nanosheets as a fluorescent probe for the detection of dipicolinic acid
TL;DR: In this paper, a new fluorescent probe based on terbium(III)-doped nanosheets was designed for detecting low-levels of dipicolinic acid (DPA), a biomarker of bacterial spores.
Mesoporous tungsten oxide electrodes for YSZ-based mixed potential sensors to detect NO2 in the sub ppm-range
Xiaohong Zheng,Cheng Zhang,Jinfeng Xia,Guohong Zhou,Danyu Jiang,Shiwei Wang,Xin Li,Yibo Shen,Dai Mengting,Wang Bing,Qiang Li +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a mesoporous WO3 was used as the sensing electrode to improve the sensitivity of a mixed-potential-type sensor based on yttria-stabilized zirconia electrolyte.

Sensitive detection of free bilirubin in blood serum using β-diketone modified europium-doped yttrium oxide nanosheets as a luminescent sensor
TL;DR: In this article, a luminescence quenching-based non-enzymatic method for the detection of free bilirubin in blood serum samples using sensing films was proposed.
NO 2 -sensing properties of La 0.65 Sr 0.35 MnO 3 synthesized by self-propagating combustion
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used La0.65Sr0.35MnO3 powders synthesized by self-propagating combustion method to fabricate sensing electrodes (SEs) for NO2 mixed-potential sensors based on yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ).
