The method and the system of the present invention are easy to operate, can realize self-orientation of the liquid crystals in the micro/nano regions without forming the orienting induction film on the substrate using mechanical or light induction means; the orientating direction can be adjusted and controlled in the micro/nano region, which is favorable for the miniaturization of the liquid crystal display devices and the orientation of the complicated three-dimensional liquid crystal structure. The method and the system can be widely popularized and used.
