miR-146a-5p Plays an Oncogenic Role in NSCLC via Suppression of TRAF6.
Xiangdong Liu,Bo Liu,Ruihua Li,Fei Wang,Ning Wang,Maihe Zhang,Yang Bai,Jin Wu,Liping Liu,Dongyu Han,Zhiguang Li,Bin Feng,Guangbiao Zhou,Shujing Wang,Li Zeng,Jian Miao,Yiqun Yao,Bin Liang,Lin Huang,Qi Wang,Yingjie Wu +20 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the functional effects of miR-146a-5p on NSCLC cell survival and migration were mediated by direct binding to and suppression of TRAF6, and implied that miR/TRAF6/NF-κB-p65 axis could be a promising diagnostic marker and a therapeutic target for NSCLc.
Loss of Adipose Growth Hormone Receptor in Mice Enhances Local Fatty Acid Trapping and Impairs Brown Adipose Tissue Thermogenesis.
Liyuan Ran,Xiaoshuang Wang,Ai Mi,Yanshuang Liu,Jin Wu,Haoan Wang,Meihua Guo,Jie Sun,Bo Liu,Youwei Li,Dan Wang,Rujiao Jiang,Ning Wang,Wenting Gao,Li Zeng,Lin Huang,Xiaoli Chen,Derek LeRoith,Bin Liang,Xin Li,Yingjie Wu +20 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that at the expense of excessive subcutaneous fat accumulation and lower emergent cold tolerance, down-tuning adipose GHR signaling emulates a healthy obesity situation which has metabolic advantages against HFD.

The role of growth hormone receptor in β cell function.
TL;DR: This review focuses on the role of GHR signaling in β cell actions and the underlying molecular mechanisms of β cell dysfunction in diabetes mellitus.
