TL;DR: A conceptual framework is proposed to introduce a roadmap from a system design perspective, with potential use cases provided and a set of standards, a resource sharing environment, a collaborative integrated modelling environment, and a distributed simulation environment discussed.
A Study on Data Processing Services for the Operation of Geo-Analysis Models in the Open Web Environment
TL;DR: Three types of data processing methods that can achieve mapping, refactoring, and visualization are designed in this article based on the proposed Universal Data eXchange (UDX) model, demonstrating that the proposed processing services can bridge the gap between geo‐analysis models and data resources hosted on networks.

A data sharing method in the open web environment: Data sharing in hydrology
TL;DR: A data sharing method that provides a solution for data manipulation based on a structured data description model rather than raw data files is presented and a data configuration manager to customize data requirements through an interactive programming tool, which can help in using the data services.

A construction method of visual conceptual scenario for hydrological conceptual modeling
TL;DR: A construction method of visual conceptual scenario that represents the modeling elements, the rules that constrain the scenario construction, and a dynamic interaction method that supports the visualization of dynamic hydrological process are designed.

A topological framework for real-time 3D weather radar data processing
TL;DR: In this paper , a topological framework composed of basic inner topological objects is proposed along with the quadtree structure and LOD architecture, based on which 3D operations on radar data can be conducted in a split second and 3D information can be presented in real time.
