Off-line liquid chromatographic—mass spectrometric studies of o-phthalaldehyde-primary amine derivatives
TL;DR: In this paper, the structures of the products formed between several n -aliphatic amines and o -phthalaldehyde (OPT) during routine post-column derivatization after high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) elution, were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Off-line liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric studies of fluorescent β-aminothiol-o-phthalaldehyde derivatives
TL;DR: In this article, a liquid chromatographic separation and selective post-column derivatization of six β-aminothiols with o-phthalaldehyde was reported, and the structures of the fluorescent derivatives formed in this procedure were determined by off-line liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
