An Integrative Pharmacology Model for Decoding the Underlying Therapeutic Mechanisms of Ermiao Powder for Rheumatoid Arthritis
Jie Wu,Kexin Wang,Qinwen Liu,Yi Li,YingYing Huang,Yujie Liu,Jieqi Cai,Chua Kai Yin,Xiaowei Li,Hailang Yu,Wei Meng,Han-Jing Wang,Aiping Lu,Yazi Li,Daogang Guan +14 more
TL;DR: The results indicated that the CFCG could treat RA by coordinated targeting to the genes involved in immunity and inflammation-related signal pathways, such as phosphatidylinositol 3‑kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway, mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway.
A Metabolic Driven Bio-Responsive Hydrogel Loading Psoralen for Therapy of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Kexin Wang,Chuan-hui Yin,Xiangmin Ye,Quanlin Chen,Jie Wu,Yupeng Chen,Yi Li,Jun Wang,Chuanzhi Duan,Aiping Lu,Daogang Guan +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a self-assembled degradable hydrogel platform is developed that delivers psoralen and calcium peroxide to arthritic joints and controls the release of the drugs according to inflammatory stimulation.

Effects of honeybee (Apis cerana) visiting behaviour on toxic plant (Tripterygium hypoglaucum) reproduction
Shunan Chen,Yun-Cheng Wang,Yi Li,Xuewen Zhang,Jie Wu +4 more
TL;DR: In this article , the effects of pollinator visits on the fertility, weight and moisture content of seeds have been studied in the south of Hengduan Mountains in East Asia.
Uncovering Hidden Mechanisms of Different Prescriptions Treatment for Osteoporosis via Novel Bioinformatics Model and Experiment Validation
Yujie Liu,Qinwen Liu,Chua Kai Yin,Yi Li,Jie Wu,Quanlin Chen,Hailang Yu,Aiping Lu,Daogang Guan +8 more
TL;DR: A new bioinformatics model based on random walk, optimized programming, and information gain is designed to analyze the components and targets to figure out the Functional Response Motifs (FRMs) of different prescriptions for the therapy of OP and shows that the relevance score and the number of reported evidence of high reliable genes in FRMs were higher than those of the pathogenic genes of OP.
Decoding the key compounds and mechanism of Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of lung cancer
Jieqi Cai,Yupeng Chen,Ke-xin Wang,Yi Li,Jie Wu,Hailang Yu,Qingping Li,Qi Wu,Wei Meng,Han-Jing Wang,Aiping Lu,Mianbo Huang,G. Wei,Daogang Guan +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a new integrated pharmacology model, which combines a novel node-importance calculation method and the contribution decision rate (CDR) model, to identify the KFC of Shashen Maidong decoction (SMD) and to deduce their mechanisms in the treatment of lung cancer.
