Antitumor effect and toxicity of Lipusu in rat ovarian cancer xenografts.
TL;DR: Antitumor effects, bone marrow toxicity, cardiotoxicity and biodistributions in NuTu19 ovarian cancer-bearing rats, as well as the abdominalpain in normal mice were evaluated, suggesting that Lipusu has similar antitumor effect and superior lymphatic targeting with reduced toxicities compared with PTX via i.p. route.

Protection of MPTP-induced neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration by rotigotine-loaded microspheres.
TL;DR: The administration of rotigotine significantly improved the Parkinsonism score, protected dopaminergic neurons with antioxidants, reduced microglial cell activation and the release of neuroinflammatory cytokines, and balanced the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in MPTP-treated mice.

Preparation and in vitro and in vivo evaluation of HupA PLGA microsphere.
TL;DR: The results have suggested that HAM has performed good extended-release properties and good prolonged pharmacological efficacy in vivo in the 2-week period, and could exert a similar efficacy with significantly lowered gastrointestinal side effects as compared with oral formulation.

SMND-309 promotes angiogenesis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells through activating erythropoietin receptor/STAT3/VEGF pathways.
Guangying Du,Haibo Zhu,Pengfei Yu,Hongbo Wang,Jie He,Liang Ye,Fenghua Fu,Jinghai Zhang,Jingwei Tian +8 more
TL;DR: Results clearly show that SMND-309 has powerful angiogenic activity on HUVEC, which is mostly correlated with the up-regulation of VEGF through EPO receptor/STAT3 signal pathways.
