The invention discloses a welding protective gas device of a power battery module side plate and welding equipment with the same. The welding protective gas device comprises a mounting base (10), a gas-directional valve (20) and an air supply device (30), wherein the mounting base is fixedly installed on welding equipment and is arranged close to a weld joint of a power battery module side plate (100); the air-directional valve is fixedly installed on the mounting base (10), a gas channel (21) for allowing a protective gas to pass through is arranged in the gas-directional valve (20), the sidewall of the gas-directional valve (20) is provided with an air blowing port (22) communicating with the gas channel (21), and the protective gas is obliquely blown to the weld joint of a power battery module side plate (100) through the air blowing port (22); and the air supply device (30) communicates with the gas channel (21) and is used for introducing the protective gas into the gas-directional valve (20). The welding equipment adopting the welding protective gas device is good in welding quality, high in welding strength and good in product consistency.

P92 steel is used in steam equipment of thermal power plants and nuclear power plants. It needs to withstand high temperature and high pressure during service, so high-quality welds are required. Laser welding can easily obtain good weld quality and reduce the probability of coarse grains and welding defects in the heat-affected zone. Post-weld deformation, residual stress, and weld hardness are important indexes for evaluating weld quality, which largely depends on the combination of laser welding process parameters. The multiobjective optimization methods of moth-flame optimization (MFO) and multiobjective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition under the Kriging model were compared in this research. It was found that the MFO algorithm has a faster optimization speed and better overall effect. The Optimal Latin hypercube sampling method was used to design the simulation test. The welding seam-forming process was simulated by the SYSWELD software. The Kriging model was used to make the nonlinear relationship between the process parameters and the weld quality indexes significant. A new data set was designed to evaluate the accuracy of the model. On this basis, the efficiency of the combination of process parameters optimized by the two algorithms was compared. The simulation and experimental results were in good agreement with the multiobjective optimization results of the MFO. In the experimental verification, the optimized weld quality was analyzed from the aspects of microstructure and mechanical properties. The results showed that the multiobjective optimization method quickly and effectively reduces the probability of weld quality defects in actual welding, thereby improving weld quality. This multiobjective optimization method provides valuable research ideas for engineering research and development to effectively shorten its development cycle.

The invention discloses a laser welding gas shielding device. The laser welding gas shielding device comprises a walking portion arranged along a welding gap, wherein the walking portion comprises a first walking vehicle and a second walking vehicle which are located on the two sides of the welding gap and can walk along the welding gap, and one end of the first walking vehicle and one end of thesecond walking vehicle are jointly provided with a wire feeding nozzle portion for feeding welding wires to the welding position in a supporting mode. The laser welding gas shielding device further comprises a lateral gas curtain portion and a longitudinal gas pipe portion, wherein the lateral gas curtain portion is movably arranged on the first walking vehicle and the second walking vehicle in asupporting mode and can blow gas to the welding gap from the two sides of the welding gap, and the longitudinal gas pipe portion is movably arranged at the other end of the first walking vehicle and the other end of the second walking vehicle in a supporting mode and can blow gas to the welding position in the vertical plane where the welding gap is located. According to the gas shielding device,gas can be blown to the welding position from the lateral direction and the longitudinal direction, therefore, the welding position and the positions in front of and behind the welding position can beshielded, and the welding effect of laser welding can be improved.

The evolution of the microstructure of P92 steel during heat processing has a significant effect on the final performance of steel products and is thus an area of critical interest. Accordingly, the grain growth behavior of austenite and δ-ferrite changes in P92 steel is comprehensively investigated in this study through thermodynamic calculations and physical simulation. The results show that the AC1, AC3 and γ–δ transformation temperatures of P92 steel are 841 °C, 878 °C and 1095 °C, respectively, which are comparable to the measured values of 850 °C, 879 °C and 1175 °C, respectively. When the temperature exceeds the AC1 temperature, the austenite grain size increases with increasing temperature and longer holding times, and the growth rate of austenite grains increases with higher temperatures but decreases with holding time at a certain temperature.   =  2.03 × 1016exp(− 498,770/RT)t, in which the time exponent n decreases from 4.52 to 2.11 with an increase in temperature from 1000 °C to 1200 °C due to the reduced pinning effect resultant of the dissolution of precipitates, M23C6, VX and NbX at 887 °C, 1073 °C and 1200 °C, respectively. The formation of δ-ferrite at 1200 °C when held for 600 s and 1300 °C when held for 60 ~ 600 s causes a smaller austenite grain size. The relationship between the evolution of the microstructure of P92 steel and the mechanical properties is also studied. The results show that the prior austenite grain size has an inverse relationship with impact energy and ultimate tensile strength at 620 °C, while the presence of soft δ-ferrite leads to a reduction in the microhardness, impact energy and ultimate tensile strength at 620 °C.
