Xuechun Li,Zhao Sun,Gongxin Peng,Yi-Qin Xiao,Junchao Guo,Bin Wu,Xiaoyi Li,Wei-Xun Zhou,Jiarui Li,Zhe Li,Chunmei Bai,Lin Zhao,Qin Han,Robert Chunhua Zhao,Xiaoyue Wang +14 more
TL;DR: iCAFs and eCAFs not only exhibited enhanced pro-invasive activities but also mobilized the surrounding immune cells to construct a tumor-favorable microenvironment, suggesting that it represents a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of GC.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors in advanced or metastatic mucosal melanoma: a systematic review:
TL;DR: Immune checkpoint inhibitors, especially anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies alone and in combination with anti-CTLA-4 monoconal antibodies or other modalities, are promising treatment options for advanced or metastatic MM, however, high-level evidence is still needed to support the clinical application.

CA19-9 elevation as an indication to start salvage treatment in surveillance after pancreatic cancer resection
TL;DR: CA19-9 elevation could preceded recurrence confirmed by radiographic examinations in most patients, and tumor marker-guided salvage treatment can significantly prolong disease-free survival and overall survival in patients under surveillance after pancreatic cancer resection.

Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Advanced Acral Melanoma: A Systematic Review.
Qingyue Zheng,Qingyue Zheng,Jiarui Li,Hanlin Zhang,Hanlin Zhang,Yuanzhuo Wang,Yuanzhuo Wang,Shu Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: ICI treatments, especially anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibodies combined with anti-PD-1 antibodies, are effective systematic treatments in advanced AM, however, there remains a lack of high-level evidence to verify their efficacy and safety and support their clinical application.
