Organosilicon modification to enhance the stability of black phosphorus nanosheets under ambient conditions
Jianing Zhang,Si Chen,Yue Ma,Dongyuan Wang,Jian Zhang,Yanding Wang,Wenjun Li,Zhiqiang Yu,Han Zhang,Feng Yin,Zigang Li +10 more
TL;DR: This study is the first evidence that bare BP can coordinate with organosilicon to generate the more stable TMSCl@BP, which could maintain its surface morphology and properties for 24 h under ambient conditions and has no cytotoxicity at a concentration of 200 ppm.

A siRNA-induced peptide co-assembly system as a peptide-based siRNA nanocarrier for cancer therapy
Wenjun Li,Dongyuan Wang,Xiaodong Shi,Jingxu Li,Yue Ma,Yanding Wang,Tingting Li,Jianing Zhang,Rongtong Zhao,Zhiqiang Yu,Feng Yin,Zigang Li +11 more
TL;DR: A unique siRNA-induced peptide co-assembly nanocarrier is reported, which could efficiently co-assemble upon the addition of siRNA, forming nanospheres with high biocompatibility and transfection efficiency both in vitro and in vivo.

5,5′‐Methylenedisalicylic Acid (MDSA) Modulates SarA/MgrA Phosphorylation by Targeting Ser/Thr Phosphatase Stp1
TL;DR: It is reported that MDSA, an inhibitor of MgrA, enhances phosphorylation of SarA/MgrA by inhibiting Stp1 in S. aureus, and is a more‐potent inhibitor than commonly used phosphatase inhibitors.

Directional assembly of a stapled α-helical peptide.
Kuan Hu,Feng Yin,Ziyuan Zhou,Ziyuan Zhou,Chenshan Lian,Yinghuan Liu,Chengjie Sun,Wenjun Li,Jianing Zhang,Zigang Li +9 more
TL;DR: The development of an oxidation trigger for peptide stapling and subsequent self-assembly is described here and it is shown that these assembled materials can transport siRNA into cancer cells and immediately release the cargo in a reductive environment.

A novel salt-assisted liquid-phase ultrasound exfoliation method in the preparation of GaSe nanosheets via Lambert-Beer obtaining rational design
Xiaofei Qi,Wei Wen Ma,Cong Ding,Jiahao Wang,Xue Meng,Wenhan Cao,Jianing Zhang,Chencheng Zhang,Hao Qian,Tengge Ning +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , a Salt-assisted Liquid-phase ultrasound exfoliation (LPUE) method was proposed for the large-scale and high-efficiency preparation of GaSe nanosheets in Isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
