TL;DR: Asymptotically stable conditions of linear discrete time delay system and robust stable conditions for perturbed system are setup and proved in this article, based on the fundamental matrix of the system, equivalent conditions guaranteeing the system asymptotic stability are proposed and rigorous proof are given.
