Epitaxy and bonding of peelable ZnO film on graphene/ZnO substrate
Peng Wang,Xinhua Pan,Ning Wang,Sinan Zheng,Tao Zhang,Yunze Liu,Yao Wang,Fengzhi Wang,Guangming Zhu,Jiangbo Wang,Zhizhen Ye +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors presented results on peelable ZnO film grown on graphene/ZnO substrate by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PAMBE), where double-layer graphene (DLG) can be used as a release layer to convert the contact between ZnOs and substrate from chemical bonding to van der Waals force interactions.

The Effect of Nitridation on Sputtering AlN on Composited Patterned Sapphire Substrate
TL;DR: In this article , the epitaxial growth of gallium nitride (GaN) on patterned SiO2-covered cone-shaped patterned sapphire surfaces (PSS) was monitored with sequences of scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging results.
Improved epitaxy of ZnO films by regulating the layers of graphene
Ning Wang,Peng Wang,Fengzhi Wang,Haiping He,Jinyun Huang,Xinhua Pan,G. Zhu,Jiangbo Wang,Zhizhen Ye +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the growth of ZnO film on graphene buffered sapphire substrate by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PAMBE) was investigated, and the surface morphology, crystal orientation, and crystal quality of ZNO epitaxial layer and nucleation layer deposited on graphene with various thickness were analyzed by atomic force microscope (AFM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), high resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD), and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).
