The invention provides an organic light emitting device and a display device thereof. The display device comprises a substrate layer, a first electrode layer, a light emitting layer and a second electrode layer, which are stacked in sequence, and further comprises a first barrier layer arranged between the first electrode layer and the light emitting layer and a second barrier layer arranged between the second electrode layer and the light emitting layer, wherein each of the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer comprises a light emitting body material, and the triplet energy level T1 of the light emitting body material is not less than 2.5ev. The organic light emitting device is provided with the first barrier layer comprising the light emitting body material and the second barrier layer comprising the light emitting body material, and the light emitting body material has high triplet energy level T1; when the light emitting body material is used as the first barrier layer, the diffusion of the triplet excitons can be blocked, and the exciton quenching is reduced, so that the service life of the organic light emitting device is prolonged; and when the light emitting body material is used as the second barrier layer, the electrons and the excitons are effectively restricted at the light emitting layer, so that the electrons and the holes are compounded to reduce the energy loss, and thus the light emitting efficiency of the organic light emitting device is improved.

The organic light emitting diode includes a cathode, an electron transport layer, a light emitting layer,a hole transport layer, and an anode, which are sequentially stacked; wherein the light emitting layer is a stacked structure of at least one carrier binding layer and at least two sub-light emittinglayers; the side of the carrier binding layer adjacent to the electron transport layer and the side away from the electron transport layer are the sub-light emitting layer; and the side of the stackedstructure adjacent to the electron transport layer and the side away from the electron transport layer are the sub-light emitting layers. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the carrier binding layer to bind electrons and/or holes to the light emitting layer, thereby avoiding exciton loss, improving the luminous efficiency of the organic light emitting diode, and reducing the power consumption of the organic light emitting diode.
