Mobilization of inorganic phosphorus from soils by five azotobacters

Lecithin was chosen as the source of organophosphate for detecting the influence of organophosphate on the phosphobacteria(PSB) B.megaterium var.phosphaticum through the experiments of changing lecithin adding amount and adding time,the results showed that lecithin added in the takeover time of the lag phase and exponential phase would lead to the least growth of PSB and the least content of available phosphorus(AP) in the medium.The quantity of adding lecithin affected the final concentration of AP,the best initial amount of lecithin was 58μg/mL.
