The invention discloses a method for identifying a tissue source of body fluid. The method comprises the following steps: detecting the expression quantities of six miRNAs, namely miRNA 205, miRNA 451, miRNA 144, miRNA 214, miRNA 888 and miRNA 891 in the body fluid and then calculating a probability value of the to-be-detected body fluid from the tissue source by adopting a Softmax regression model and a classified one-hot form, wherein the maximum probability value is the tissue source of the body fluid. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the tissue source of the body fluid can be effectively identified, so that the step of identifying the tissue source of the body fluid or body fluid spots at the scene of criminal investigation is greatly simplified, and an accurate scientific basis can be provided for case nature identification, suspect identification, conviction and sentence, and the like.
