Multiple kinds of natural gas hydrate reservoirs can be simulated and synthesized in the high pressure reactor; a pressure reducing method, a heat injecting method, an inhibitor injecting method and acombined method can be simulated to exploit natural gas hydrate; the generation, decomposition and secondary generation situations of the hydrate and the gas-water flowing situation can be monitored in the whole experiment process and the water yield and the gas yield can be obtained. According to the multimode exploitation simulation device, a hydrate sample in the high pressure reactor is synthesized, natural gas hydrate exploitation simulation experiments can be systematically performed under different hydrate reservoirs, different production wells and different exploiting methods, and efficiency and safety evaluation can be performed for different hydrate exploiting modes.
