TL;DR: In this paper, an internal and external dual efficient anti-corrosion cement-based material and a preparation method thereof are presented, where a film forming solution containing a sensitizer and a hole trapping agent is adopted; by means of photosynthesis and biomineralization coupling, the preparation process is simple and pollution-free.
